He will also help you get the various cheques out for the seller and notary for the signing. 5. Buying Procedure of swimming pools Swimming pools are compulsory purchases in the zones where there's a communal pool. In zone A there is a communal infinity pool and a jacuzz there is also a landscaped garden. The price per apartment is €5.000. This cost of the pool does not need to be given until the pool itself is being started. For example we are hoping to start the pool in zone A in may 2012 so it will be ready for the summer season. This means that at the start of the work buyers will be asked to pay €2.000 and the rest will be required at the completion of the pool. In zone C there is a communal pool and landscaped garden. The price per apartment is €4.000. This cost of the pool does not need to be given until the pool itself is being started. Buying Procedure of garages There are two types of procedure for buying a garage. When you the compromesso for your property you can include the garage. Putting an extra €5.000 down we will also build it for you in time for the final act. Then you'll buy the property and the garage at the same time. This saves about €1.000 which is the cost of the notary to do the separate act for the garage, if you wish to buy it later. If you don't wish to buy the garage straight away you can put a deposit for it. This is €500. You can decide when you want you garage build. There is a time frame of up to 5 years. As soon as you decide you want you garage build, we will do a compromess, you put down € 5.000 and we will build the garage. When it's ready you can do the final act .This costs about €1.000 more which is the cost of the notary to do the separate act for the garage |
