10 years ago I went to a motivational talk, I remember the speaker standing up and saying the words I wrote above "If you could choose where in there world to life, where would it be?" The talk was all about if there is something wrong with your life how you can change it and if things will go in your life, how to make it better. The speaker told delegates to imagine a place where you would like to be and what type of house you would like to live in and work towards that goal.

I decided to write down my criteria where I like to live:

1) Position, position, position
Obvisouly the only thing you can't change when buying a property is the position. For me it is important that this place should have easy access, easy transport links.

2)Views
The property I wanted need to have spectacular views.

3)Shops
The property needed to be near shops, restaurants and banks and other utilities to make modern day life easy.

4)Things to do
I needed a place that would allow me to be within easy reach of recreational activities such as skiing and the beach.

5)Type of property
I love nature and history and wanted a property that would be (inserted in the green). I wanted to use the old traditional architecture of the Abruzzo region, yet maintaining a high quality of modern living.

6)Restaurants>
Near a good quality restaurant, with good food but with excelent prices

7)Climate
Iwanted a place that is cold in winter where I can eat sunday lunch in front of a poofing fire and in the summer I want a white sandy beach to be able to lie on and get brown.

8)Nature
I wanted a place where I could be near nature

9)Swimnming pools
I wanted a swimming pool

10)Quality of life
I wanted to be near people who get along with each other. There are so many stresses in life I want where I live to have pople who can get one with one another.

I've always been a person who like to go one step further and from that talk I decided I want to create a village that would be somewhere that I would like to live and work.
