Each property will be in the Old Abrruzo style, with attractive brick and stone walls. There are one-, two- and three-bedroomed apartments and three- or four-bedroomed villas. Borgo degli ulivi comprises 4 zones.

Phase A named after birds and is comprised of the 150 year old farmhouse divided into old characteristic apartments. Part of the farmhouse was also demolished and six new apartments were created.

Phase B is composed of apartments with stunning views with internal park area with BBQ's and a fabulous infinity pool and jacuzzi from which you can look out over the whole valley. The buildings in Phase B are also all named after birds.

Phase C overlooks a lake which has a park featuring local wildlife, such as turtles, frogs, eagles,falcons, kites, foxes, squirrels, etc. In an adjacent zone there will be a picnic area with playground for the kids and BBQ areas where you can take your own coal and meet and roast them over the open fire. Buildings in Phase C are named after flowers.

Phase D is comprised of shops restaurants hotel in form of a castle and swimming pools, villas and apartments and is on an area of flat land. The buildings in Phase D are all named after trees.
